What is the mental impact of stress?
George is an executive leadership coach from BAE who specialises in human behaviour, habits, and performance under pressure. He works with individuals and teams to build practical, sustainable ways of improving how they think, act, and handle stress.
He’s passion for supporting people comes from his lived experience of poor mental health. He understands the patterns, habits and impact that stress can have on our performance.

Mens Mental Health
Ben has struggled with severe depression since his late teens and has felt that’s been his identify for more than 10 years. Ben gradually got to a place where he didn’t feel worthy of being here anymore and after hitting his lowest point, he made the choice to choose life.
Through counselling, faith, exercise and music Ben has been able to control his depression and is now on a mission to spread the word that there are better days ahead.

How to build positive habits!
Kat is a positive habits international keynote speaker, teacher and consultant. Her life story of workaholism, breakdown and burnout inspires global audiences to make one small habit change.
After losing everything in 2016, she had no choice but to start again with ONE SMALL HABIT CHANGE. Kat now works with organisations, leaders and individuals around the world to create one small positive habit change that actually results in increased wellbeing & resilience.

Jodie Phelps
The financial impact on wellbeing
Jodie’s passion for financial wellbeing comes from lived experience during a big life transition. Going through a divorce and becoming a single parent brought an intense sense of financial pressure alongside the emotional strain.
That experience shaped the way Jodie approaches finances. Becoming a fully qualified financial planner, Jodie has a deep understanding of how money stress impacts our mental health and wants to share practical skills with others to reduce financial stress.

Tyler D’Cruz
Reality TV and My Mental Health
Reality TV Star and sports personality Tyler is a suicide survivor. Over 3 years ago Tyler tried to end his life by jumping off a multi storey car park. His depression was impacted by social media after starting on ITV Kavos Weekender.
Through his work online to improve Men’s Mental Health & with “Tylers Talks” he now inspires communities with his story, showing that change is possible when you focus on your wellbeing.

Pete Neville
Finding my community: Sea Swimming
Pete Nevilles passion is around Men’s Mental Health, with cold water therapy playing a huge part in that. Pete has lived experience of poor mental health which led him to purse the opportunity to give back to our community.
He is the Engagement Coordinator for ‘A Band of Brothers’ providing positive male role models for the men in our community between 18-25years old at risk or involved with the criminal justice system.

Addiction & Cold Water Therapy
Hillary is the Community Manger of RSC – Recovery Swimming Club in Southsea. She is 2 years into her recovery from alcoholism and an eating disorder.
Hillary’s experience underpins her belief in the power of routine, human connection and cold-water therapy and is on a mission to share those effective tools with others.
